ACTRA Conference Online Registration
Introduction
You are about to register online for the forthcoming 16th ACTRA Annual Scientific Meeting and/or Continuing Education Day which is being held in Canberra, ACT, 28-30 August 2024. Please take time to read the following Terms and Conditions policy including the registration cancellation and privacy policy before commencing your registration.

- All correspondence is sent to the email address entered during the registration process. If you are registering on behalf of another person, please enter the email address of the person who should receive conference correspondence. Please ensure that you use a valid email address when completing the form.
- Please use sentence case when completing the form.
- Include the area code with all telephone numbers.
- If you do not intend to come to the ASM Dinner, please use the form to advise us.
- When you press the submit registration button a screen will open to confirm that your details have been sent. However, you will receive an email confirming that your registration information has been received. This email will be sent within 2 business days should you not receive an email you must contact the conference secretariat immediately.
- An invoice will be emailed to you once we have received your details, payment can be made on-line (MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners) or by EFT. Offline payment methods will be outlined on the invoice.
- Payments are to be made to Conference Management Solutions ABN 34714461158. Diners and Amex appearing as ConferenceManagement.
- All fees on this website are displayed in Australian Dollars.
- Payments may only be made in Australian Dollars.
Cancellation, Transfer & Re-funds
Registration Cancellation Policy
By completing this form, you are registering to attend this event. During the registration process you will be asked if you have read this policy – do not check the box if you do not agree to these terms. Once you have submitted your form you are bound by this cancellation policy. Cancellations must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing.
Cancellation on or before 11 August 2024
Should you cancel your registration on or before 11 August 2024 an administration fee of $65.00 will apply. Prepaid registrations will be refunded less the administration charge.
Cancellation after 11 August 2024
Cancellation of your registration after 11 August 2024 will incur the full cost of registration including any extra tickets for the ASM Dinner.
Registration Transfer
If you are unable to attend the registration and accommodation may be transferred to another person. Transfers must be advised in writing, to the conference manager, as soon as possible.
Re-funds
Refunds are generally processed within 3 business days of the written notification of cancellation. Where applicable an administration fee of $65 may be deducted from the total amount to be re-funded.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellation charges are determined by the hotel. By booking accommodation on this website you are agreeing to the accommodation providers terms and conditions. These terms apply even if you choose to pay on invoice i.e. payment is not made online.
Rex Hotel
- Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged if the room is cancelled within 7 days of arrival
- Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged in the case of a no-show
- If within 7 days prior to arrival and/or during the stay the number of nights are reduced the original number of nights will be charged
