NATSIEH Conference Online Registration

Introduction

You are about to register online for the forthcoming 14th National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Environmental Health Conference which is being held in Melbourne, Victoria, 13-16 May 2024. Please take time to read the following Terms and Conditions policy including the registration cancellation and privacy policy before commencing your registration.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All correspondence is by email unless you specifically request us to send your information by post. Please ensure that you use a valid email address when completing the form.
  2. Please use sentence case when completing the form.
  3. Include the area code with all telephone and fax numbers.
  4. If you do not intend to come to the Welcome Function and/or Conference Dinner please use the form to advise us so that we do not over cater.
  5. When you press the submit registration button a screen will open to confirm that your details have been sent. However you will receive an email confirming that your registration information has been received. This email will be sent within 2 business days should you not receive an email you must contact the conference secretariat immediately as it is probable that your information has not been received.
  6. An invoice will be sent to you once we have received your details, payment can be made on-line (MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners) or by cheque, EFT, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Diners these details will be outlined on the invoice.
  7. Payments are to be made to Conference Management Solutions ABN 34714461158. Diners and Amex appearing as ConferenceManagement.
  8. All fees on this website are displayed in Australian Dollars.
  9. Payments may only be made in Australian Dollars.

Cancellation, Transfer & Re-funds

Registration Cancellation Policy
By completing this form you are registering to attend this conference. During the registration process you will be asked if you have read this policy do not check the box if you do not agree to these terms. Once you have submitted your form you are bound by this cancellation policy. Cancellations must be sent to the conference secretariat in writing. 

Cancellation on or prior to 28 April 2024
Should you cancel your registration on or before 28 April 2024 you will be required to pay an administration fee of $65.00. Prepaid registrations will be refunded less the administration charge.

Cancellation after 28 April 2024
Cancellation of your registration after 28 April 2024 will incur the full cost of registration including any extra tickets for the Welcome Function and Conference Dinner

Registration Transfer
In the event of your inability to attend the registration and accommodation may be transferred to another person. Transfers must be advised in writing as soon as possible.

Re-funds
Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of written notification of the cancellation or registration and/or accommodation. Where applicable an administration fee of $65 may be deducted from the total amount to be re-funded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellation charges are determined by the hotel. By booking accommodation on this website you are agreeing to the accommodation providers terms and conditions. These terms apply even if you choose to pay on invoice i.e. payment is not made online.

  • Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged if the booking is cancelled between the 28 April and 12 May 2024
  • Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged for no-shows.

RACV Club – This property is fully booked.

  • Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged if the room is cancelled within 30 days of arrival
  • Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged in the case of a no-show
  • If within 30 days prior to arrival and/or during the stay the number of nights are reduced the original number of nights will be charged.

Great Southern Hotel – This property is near capacity bookings taken on the following web-form  are not automatically confirmed – bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours.

  • Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged if the room is cancelled within 14 days of arrival
  • Full payment of 100% of the accommodation will be charged in the case of a no-show
  • If within 14 days prior to arrival and/or during the stay the number of nights are reduced the original number of nights will be charged.
