We have facility to accept abstract submissions on-line allowing authors to make changes to their material, on-line, until the submission close date. Pre Conference Support
Collection of biographies, photos and audio visual needs. We will assist speakers with accommodation, ground transfers including VIP limousine airport pick-up, air travel and visas. A speaker support section on the conference website will offer presenters information and assistance with delivery of their presentation or poster. Final communication of programming with registration, accommodation and travel itineraries ensure your presenters arrive unflustered and on-time.We will source presenter gifts and deliver them to the podium when required
